张月蘅，教授，博士生导师。2001年博士毕业于同济大学。2010-2011年在加拿大国家研究委员会（NRC）做访问学者。主要从事半导体红外探测、红外光电器件及物理方面的研究。作为项目负责人主持国家自然科学基金重点项目及多个面上项目；作为子课题负责人承担“863计划”。曾入选“上海高校优秀青年教师后备人选”、 “上海高校优秀青年教师”。
